I am a CPT and a Health Coach with a passion to educate and help others live a healthy lifestyle! I am getting my Master's degree in Health Sciences, I have a BS in Exercise Science, a BA in Psychology, and a concentration in Coaching. I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer and am also a Fitness Nutrition Specialists (among many others).
